This is a very primitive spring piece to hang. These two little birdies are busy sunning themselves on an ole branch. I have attached rusty old wire for the hanger and stained each bird. I have attached their wings with vintage buttons and perched them both on an old twig with moss and gumnuts. A prim tag is also attached which says ‘tweet’.

The birds are a Rock River Stitches design.

This is a wonderful old time piece. I have sourced an original vintage tin and added 3 stained prairie style stump dolls. Each doll has a stained muslin wrap with twine. I have stained a doiley and attached to the side of the tin and added a Hessian bow.
